Pre~loved treasures are usually ready to ship within 2-4 business days.
Made-to-order, new, and custom treasures are ready to ship in 4-16 weeks. Please contact me for more info.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Insurance is included in the shipping fee on all orders.
Kitty’s Karats is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. Kitty’s Karats is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing checkout. If you receive a confirmation email with an address that needs to be updated, please contact me as soon as possible to make any changes. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes to your shipping address. We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are returned to us due to an error in the address provided.What if the courier loses the package or it is stolen?
If your package is lost in transit, please e-mail us right away at kitty@kittyskarats.com and we will try our best to solve the issue. In most situations, the package will arrive, just not at the estimated date of delivery.
If your package is stolen, a police report will be required for the insurance claim to be submitted. Once a claim is submitted and all requested documentation has been provided, the insurance company will make a decision.
Please note that Kitty’s Karats is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.
