This is *usually* (without any mail delays) 2 - 3 business days for orders in the U.S.

Vintage treasures are ready to ship within 3-5 business days.
Made-to-order and custom treasures are ready to ship anywhere between 3-16 weeks, and are subject to change depending on the jeweler's workload. Please contact me for more information or for an update on your order.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Kitty’s Karats is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. Kitty’s Karats is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing checkout. If you receive a confirmation email with an address that needs to be updated, please contact me as soon as possible to make any changes. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes to your shipping address. We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are returned to us due to an error in the address provided.
What if the courier loses the package?
If your package is lost in transit, please e-mail us right away at kitty@kittyskarats.com and we will try our best to solve the issue. In most cases, the package is usually just delayed by the shipping service. I have seen delays from 1 to 4 weeks. Please note that Kitty’s Karats is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.
