RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ITEMS IN THIS COLLECTION ONLY

• Return Policy: This item must be received by Kitty's Karats within 5 calendar days of the invoice date, must be complete, without damage or alteration, and in ALL original packaging. Returns within 5 calendar days will receive a full refund and are subject to a $50 return fee. You are responsible for shipping the item back to me. I can help you with this process. Returns received outside of 5 calendar days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please contact me immediately to set up a return.
• Exchange Policy: Exchanges can usually be made if exchanged within 20 calendar days of the invoice date for something of equal value or greater plus an exchange fee of $50, shipping, and taxes. Please contact me for options that might not be listed on the site and to discuss the process further!  I want you to be happy with your purchase!
• **Please remember to wear your jewelry responsibly. Insure your jewelry as soon as you get it and get the prongs tightened AT LEAST yearly. Ensure the backing is on and fastened securely during each wear. *We are not liable for lost jewelry once it reaches you.* (We do provide full insured shipping for transit when you purchase ROUTE. Route protection must be purchased.)
